Ok here is the Final draft for "Rocky" In general this character is the Biggest and Third Eldest of the "Bad Weathers" Rocky is the rough and tough member and he will share some words of wisdom now and again even though he is kind of lay back and easy going and if you haven't guessed by the name Rocky's Gem gives him power Earth based weather such as avalanches , mudslides, and earthquakes. He ca also manipulate the earth at will.
